Data Usage Disclosure

All videos, images and other media uploaded to NanaTaggedYou become part of the Platform's data assets. This includes original uploads, rendered exports, poster frames, transcripts, and AI-generated captions and hashtags derived from them.

Media that forms part of the Platform's data assets may be used by the Platform owner for promotional purposes (including advertising, social posts, showreels, case studies and pitch material), for editorial purposes (including curation, commentary, compilations and features), and for distribution purposes (including publication and syndication across any channel or platform).

This use may occur without further notice to you, without separate approval, and without payment, credit or royalty.

The licence covering this use is perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable, and is granted at the moment you upload. It is set out in full in Section 2 of the Terms of Service.

Media may be edited, cropped, re-timed, re-captioned, combined with other material, and re-formatted for any platform's specifications as part of this use.

The Platform owner can view every uploaded item, every transcript, and every contact list on the Platform. Other users cannot see your material.

Only upload media you are comfortable seeing used to promote and populate this Platform.

Do not upload confidential material, material you do not have the rights to, or footage of people who have not agreed to appear in promotional use.

If you want a specific item excluded from promotional use, contact support@nanataggedyou.com before uploading it. Once material has been used or distributed, that use cannot be unwound.
